Is the game still only on Telegram?
Yes. But you can open Telegram on any device and play it. It will be available in a couple of hours.
If I click on "Start Bot" nothing happens. I guess it works only with the Telegram app? Not in the browser?

You can log in to the browser in telegram. And click on it and it should work.
But it's better to download the app. It's more convenient.
