The most amazing thing here, where all the coffee plants around our tower have all borne fruit abundantly, and will soon be ready to be harvested. and I tried to take some pictures.

The tree trunk is not very tall, only around 120 cm, but it already bears very abundant fruit. It is estimated that the age of the plant is approximately 1 year.

"Characteristics of Gayo Coffee"

The pleasure of Gayo Coffee begins with its strong and distinctive taste. Gayo Coffee is not bitter, has low acidity, and offers a slight hint of sweetness. This is why Gayo Coffee is often used as a blend for various house blend coffees.

Gayo Coffee grows best at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level. However, it also has a unique trait where the plantation’s altitude influences its flavor. The differences in plantation elevation can actually affect the taste of Gayo Coffee. On one hand, this makes the taste inconsistent, but on the other hand, it gives Gayo Coffee its own uniqueness. In terms of flavor, Gayo Coffee offers a nutty, buttery touch with a fragrant spice aroma.

"Gayo Coffee Quality is World-Recognized"

The quality of Gayo Coffee has been recognized worldwide as the best coffee, with an official quality certification issued in 2010. Moreover, farmers are currently cultivating three varieties of Gayo Coffee: Gayo 1, Gayo 2, and P88, which have also been acknowledged globally as the best coffee.
