Osanovskoye field

Osanovskoye field is the closest natural oasis to my house. This field has already become my home, as it is the most visited by me and the most photographed. This time I came here for dandelions.

The field is located between two residential districts in Vologda.

It used to be wild, but now a connecting road lies through it – the new street of the poet Alexander Romanov.

I've been waiting for this street to appear – now it's very convenient to get to many places in the city.

But now the field has become a bit mainstream...

There have always been a lot of people here, but it feels like the city captures nature.

Nearby is the Osanovskaya Grove, which is also suffering from the onslaught of civilization.

New residential complexes are being built up around the area.

There are fewer and fewer species untouched by humans.

If you want more natural fields, then you just need to drive a little further south outside the city or to the southeast and there the fields are wider, more spacious and more natural.

But the Osanovo field will always remain in my heart as something that has become close.

It's been a long time since I've seen dandelion carpets in nature.

As a child, I had my favorite fields...with dandelions, herbs, sorrel.
