"Watercolour" Sketch: Woman with violin (NSFW)
I am still playing around with ArtRage mobile. So far, I find playing with all these new tools very entertaining. Today I played with the watercolor brush:

ArtRage?
ArtRage is a very popular software amongst pro digital artists who do "traditional" mediums… But its darn expensive. The android version? not so much. Then again its like a lite version too.
But it has a lot of tools so its enough for me. I have Infinite Painter/Design if I need more (or Krita).
It's thing is mimicking traditional media (like oil paint brushstrokes) or watercolors. And its quite good at it too.
Process
As most times, I started with a sketch:
Then the lineart (with the fineliner tool) on a separate layer:
Then I started playing with the "Watercolor brush":
Finally, I added a simple background using the "paint roller".
Closing thoughts
The idea was to have a sketch-book like quality to it, and I feel like I got there… sort of. I still feel a bit lost with the tools offered by the app, but I'm having a ball playing with it.
That's all I have for you right now. I love to hear from my steemit artists! From anyone really, so drop a comment and tell me:
Do you like the drawing?
Do you like watercolours?
What's your fav. medium?
Should I post more stuff like this?
General comments and critiques are obviously welcome.
See y'all around everyone!
