The brain drain from the universities, and being using own's brain as the higher education is being with the salary and the working conditions like how they are!
So, there would be brain drain from the universities when other schools are better, and when the working life is giving you and me better possibilites when working in the working life than being in other places while we are here, and the intellectual ways of being humans are just how we are using ourselves to be while we are here as we are.
So, we are loving all our friends and the good families being around us when we are here, and we can just choose the nations where we want to be, and we are placing our personalities and the human systems just where we want to be while being here, and there are possibilities at home and abroad, and we determine ourselves where we are wanting to be while being here and there as we are. And we are brought to the penis and the pussy, and we are knowing ourselves that such is always the life being when we are here like we are, and even Yale University has much learning on personality and that we are either constant or flexible in our ways of being, or that we are being with both features and sizes and abilities and capabilities when we are here as we are, and the schools should be there to give you some intellectual properties, and intellectual food, and something to dwell around and think about when we are here as we are.
The globalization in the word is constantly meaning that more people wish to move from the place where they are if this is good enough to create a good life for oneself. And therefore brain drain is an increasingly more actual problem in the word today than it has been earlier, and Guayana in South-America, is the nation in the world with the highest brain drain, and there you are finding about 80 percent of the highest educated people to move to the foreign countries, and this is creating problems for the domestic country, or the country we are coming from when being here.
The most important thing with the business life and the working life is to have a job. And for some people being domestically where they are, there are none points to be there, and when we have finished our education, there are few people and employers that are willing to pay you and other people completely in relation to the qualifications that we have when being here, and the student saying that is Devana Livan (22) from Georgetown University in Guayana. And people are soon finished with their education in different ways and directions, and Devana has chosen the directions within medical technology. Some of the reasons why people are choosing to travel from their home country are few jobs being announced there, little economic development in their home nation, low salary and bad working conditions, and in addition there are many people wishing to follow their dreams, and that can be impossible in the country that you and I are coming from.
So, we should stay and be working where we want, and loyalty is important, and we are going to stay where we are thinking that we can use our skills, knowledges and competence while we are here, and we are knowing much, and not everything that we know can be used in all kinds of jobs, and therefore we must make some selections and choices about what we are wanting to do, and put our working efforts within when we are in the life, and we have scarcity of time, space and our own resources, and what we know can be the same or different things when being in the brain as we are, and when using what we know to inspiration, motivation, utility, pleasure and goodness-of-fit when we are here, and adaptations to how other employees are are very important, and we are using ourselves with the talents, the knowledges and the brains we are having when we are here, and we should appreciate and like all people being interested and engaged with knowing us, and being in our lives as we are operating within, when we are using the time and the space that we have when being where we are on the earth, and in the universe when we are alive in the life. And any job is better than no job, and we should dwell otherselves around where we want to be, and where we want to contribute with our human assets.
