The work of the Witnesses is vital to the platform, just like that, vital. And those who are among the first 20 should be those who contribute the most to the platform, who have a job that is not necessarily related to programming

Agreed with you, Witnesses play a major roles in developments and maintenance of the platform together with developers, they are doing excellent work in ensuring everything goes well.
