Upbit might axe SBD and is a game changer and will change my trading game plan once again
There are only two exchanges that we can trade STEEM Dollars from aside from the internal STEEM market and those are Upbit and the other one was HTX. Most of the volume for trading SBD is in Upbit with almost 600 Million Dollars while in HTX. not only the volume is very low with 209K Dollars per day or at the moment off this writing but the value of SBD there is a little more than half compared to the price of SBD in Upbit which is about $3.45 while at HTX is is only $1.61. But I can't make sense out of the price difference between the two exchanges even with low volume in HTX, the price should be the same but apparently it is not.
Then the printing of SBD became erratic especially when the price of STEEM goes under the supposed price of about 28 cents per STEEM given the former market price condition of SBD before which is more than 4 dollars or so. But I am not sure if this SBD will ever print or not or if its price will be stuck in lower levels because apparently a sort of flag was raised by Upbit against SBD citing that it is something to be cautioned about because of its raised policies and now will be at risk of getting delisted from that Korean exchange.
Well that sucks because we cannot anymore enjoy the "Kimchi premium" on SBD if that happens considering that 99.96 of SBD is being traded there at Upbit and by comparison, HTX only gets.04% of the SBD market share plus SBD is a lot cheaper in HTX with almost no volume so you can't simply trade your SBD easily otherwise you also have to contend with a cheaper price in HTX for an unknown reason. In the internal market of STEEM, the price of SBD is also cheap and we cannot get as much STEEM tokens from it unlike in the former times because you will have to spend 0.186 or so of your SBD for one STEEM token at the time of this writing with their prices. So personally it is a dilemmas now for me to trade my earned SBD for STEEM or USDT if I will trade it in HTX or hold it and wait for a "better" abnormally normal price but lose in value if STEEM again goes back to depressive levels of 18 cents for another three years following another supposed bear market of Bitcoin, so it is now complicated at least for me thanks to Upbit.
I told myself before that I will just be contented when SBD will print and trade it to get STEEM and live with it, but since this issue had popped-out from Upbit against SBD and might affect SBD's offering of "unique earning" for SBD earners and traders, I might again change my game and trade STEEM to gain more STEEM with its relative ups and downs with its prices in the process which is actually far more faster to gain more of the token if you will go to that route in building your account considering that I have a sizeable amount of the token and even with less profit margin I can still earn a bunch when STEEM token pumps which it is doing every now and then as influenced by its richer sister chain whose name sounds like "Knife".
Well, I guess "things" (Shit) happens and even with another game plan I guess it still favors me because I generate a token that goes up and down with its volatile price action which is conducive for getting a good trade. It is just that I am really not wanting to park my beloved cream of the crop, life-changing, bread and butter tokens outside its wallet and into an exchange to work out in getting more although I can do that but I have to make a decision otherwise I will not be able to make a better use of this bull market for these STEEM tokens. It does really gives us the opportunity to make trades for a better gain compared to using the Steemit platform in its traditional way of earning through posting and interacting which is the long route in building a good stash of STEEM compared to trading. Now it is just a matter of how high we like to profit from these special times of the months of crypto bull run will just depend on our (my) decision but with the factors that we do not foresee like Upbit just did against STEEM Dollars, READ HERE our (my) gameplay will also have to change because of it, or should we (I)?

I wish I had your knowledge if it comes to making profit but it is as it is and for now I am not even able to add steem to my wallet. I wonder how many do it since I hear that in way more countries crypto is forbidden and "everyone" seems to have found a way to work around the rules and take some profit. Can it be I am just not smart enough or too slow or too old?
I wonder if you keep an eye on the ups and downs 24/7 and how many plans you have. One thing is for sure you are flexible and I hope all you hope for will be realized soon so you can have a new phone, laptop and the leaking roof and the rest can be taken care of as well.
I like the photo's you took. The sky, the green, the water, it has a lot in common with some parts of the Netherlands.
I am actually had taken the long route about making progress for my account build-up by just relying on small gains via daily blogging which is why I do not do what I preach most of the time Miss @wakeupkitty. It is because I am obsessed about writing around and getting incentives even though I knw that trading tokens will give me more gains.
If we look at the chart of STEEM, we can determine when to sell and when to buy. I don't know if you ever traded your STEEM tokens but there is a thing called "stop-loss" where you can set your buy or sell order at a specific price and when the price hits that specific price, it will activate your sell or buy order. So you do not need to keep an eye on the prices 24/7 to catch that price where you want to buy or sell.
It only gets difficult when you get impatient and sell early or buy early because you can't know really how the prices will go if it ever reaches that price again or not but the charts will give you a clue on what price to buy or sell and definitely not buy high and sell low.
I actually have the money now to do buy what I needed especially for this house but I am still waiting for BTC to go up in price some more so that I can make this big goal a reality. Also, the prices of the items which I want to purchase is expensive, so I just needed more gains to make it more not as painful of a big purchase since I am not used to buying expensive stuffs even if I need it.
Anyway, I am also a bit happy with the result of my photos because they look like paintings for me and nice to look at which is why I post them sometimes to Facebook and with one photo as my background for my profile in my X account. That is why I said that I needed a better camera phone so that I can deliver a better photo especially with macrophotography which I plan to post more next. But you have to contend with what I post everyday because I cannot go out and photograph many things because of my handicap.

I traded with other crypto not with Steem which I did buy at the start of this year. Where I never kept an eye on was when to trade SBD and I am glad I did not save them all after I read SBD can be easily transferred if the account is hacked. Strange how that part isn't protected like steem and savings are.
It is nice if you can build something with what you like to do.

I am still hopeful that all will still be well about the SBD issue and regardless Steem platform users will still be good and of course if the account is hacked it will be a hard thing to bear, however an account will be safe if you do not do anything much other than visit or click links.
I already ordered the Smartphone that I need to do some better photos so I am excited about it if I will not receive a bar of soap if the parcel finally arrives, it is still not shipped but packed already, that is my biggest spend to date outside my medical expense where the last costed me an arm and a leg, the appendectomy but the latest was equally expensive but paid by the government 100% and it was about fixing that big bump on my arm which gave me a lot of trouble over the years,
We still don't know how high the value of BTC will go but I am expecting it to reach maybe 150K this year, it is just extremely bullish.😀👍

SBD or not Steemit is still a good place to be. I didn't start here because of SBD and still have to find out how to trade and transfer in an "easy" way.
It turns out accounts can be hacked and are hacked. Many of them were during a period the account was inactive. This means there is a backdoor/leak. Perhaps due to the hardfork or that time in 2024 the server was down because of updates? So it's not said clicking the wrong links or sharing keys causes these hacks.

I finally was able to order the phone Miss @wakeupkitty @steemcurator08 and I am truly happy about this purchase because it is a lot cheaper, about the third of the price less if I will purchase it here, but if it will come from China, then it will save me ton of money.
It is on it way and I might receive it maybe this weekend or so. I chose this Model because it can produce the best photos which I need particularly with taking close-up images we call Macro or Macrophotography which I want to do after hopefully receiving it and not a bar of soap from the courier. 😊
I am having some problems with completing my sessions like today. It is a bad thing because my nurses already adjusted the cleaning process to a minimum which is why I can't enjoy my meals after going home.
That will mean that I will have to limit my protein intake or consumption to avoid the protein metabolites like urea and nitrogen in my blood to raise any further as well as my potassium levels too to avoid my heart from stopping if it gets too high which it did because I had the bloodwork/tests results today which is why I needed to do some changes and it gets harder because I am already in a strict diet.
So now I feel like nauseated all the time as I feel that the dialysis isn't really cleaning my blood so I can feel the elevation of creatinine and Urea in my body as a result and it doesn't make me any happy.

Hi Miss @wakeupkitty, yes I will tag you if when I will receive my phone, I am both excited and worried if I will be going to get it because the camera phone is hot for the eyes and at risk of theft in transit although it is insured but again the insurance included has a price and it is not cheap as well.
But once I get it I will get into work and ask my mother to bring me things like bugs and stuff for me to get the job of Macrophotography because I haven't done that with a better gadget and this camera phone is hailed as the best in its league to make it happen. Hopefully this weekend I might receive it.
Anyway, regarding the problem with my treatment session with this low blood pressure bouts, the problem originates with my body being intolerant of being withdrawn with large amount of fluid. That is why my blood pressure would crash if about three kilos of water will be removed.
What I did now is to limit more of the fluids that I will consume in between dialysis sessions so that I can be able to tolerate the dialysis session without the hypotension from happening. It did worked and so I finished my treatment yesterday without a fuss thanks be to God.
Although it is better to restrict fluid consumption in my case, it just makes me feel deprived all the time especially now that I am changing my diet plan with eating less protein because it doesn't make me feel better as well because it adds toxins in my body even though we all need protein for lots of reasons and that factor had made me to use Ketoanalogues for this new low protein diet that I will just do now. Its a good thing that it is available in the online shops here too and is convenient for me to get it from that rout like how I ordered my camera phone.
