The tarry goodness of Marmite, but caution, it is not delicious.

This was the marmite that I was talking about, it is imported from the UK by the online seller which I bought it from. There are not many reviews in the store and I really had the idea why because even the Australian Vegemite doesn't taste good, I had tasted it before and it came from my former online friend from Australia which is patient with a debilitating disease, maybe even worse than I had lost contact with her years ago because she is no longer posting but I hope that she is still ok.

Anyway, this bread spread filling and possibly can be added to other foods for flavor and nutritional purposes is only liked by a few people. Maybe the ones that likes it will be people like me that appreciates its vitamin content. That is why I had been using it for a few days already because it has vitamin B-complex plus the important vitamin B12 along with Folate so that my bone marrow will produce healthy blood cells.

Vitamin B12 also helps our bodies to maintain nerve function which I needed or all of us needed especially if we need to recover from the numbing side-effect of surgery to our skin like what I have in my left arm after getting a surgery to fix my Arteriovenous fistula as it cut the nerves and made a bid part of my left arm numb. So I have to really have a good amount of vitamin B12 which I want to source from food plus the fact that I do not want to buy vitamin B complex supplement for the risk of overdosing from it and cook my liver because vitamin B is stored in the liver and you really do not want to get lots of it otherwise your liver will get toxic from it.

Anyway, we do not need much servings of marmite everyday as half of teaspoon will be OK already because it is rich in B-vitamins already which a normal person will pee-out immediately if you take lots of it plus it is high in Salt and is not good for people who have hypertension issues or elevated blood pressure especially for dialysis patients which basically needs to control their sodium intake to avoid the aforementioned risk to get worse. Thankfully I am looing after my blood pressure and it is under control considering that I am using sodium bicarbonate and still my blood pressure remains normal thanks to my daily perspiration helped by the current hot and humid weather.

Talking about the weather, it is being interrupted by occasional rain showers now because I guess that the atmosphere cannot hold much humidity and it produces droplets in the sky and falls down to make rains. It rained a bit yesterday which is why it made the temperatures to drop at night although if you will not use an electric fan you will still drizzle over with sweat. I just hope that the rainy season will not come prematurely because it is a fact that perspiring is serving me good compared to if I am not producing sweat because I get to fill with fluids in my body quickly and I really do not want that.

Anyway, as I said earlier, Marmite will be a part of my diet now, the main reason is because of its aforementioned valuable vitamins that my body needs to protect my nerves in general including my brain function, the numb parts of my arm where I had a surgery about three years ago, and my need to have my bone marrow to produce a much healthier red blood cells so that my brain and the rest of my body can get as much oxygen it needs. S since I cannot really consume much animal meat products because they are high in purines and nitrogen compounds by-products when I consume them, getting the vitamins via this Marmite as my mains source will do much better for my benefits so that I can get to improve my overall well-being with the mercy and grace of God.

I think Marmite is just used because some brewers of old doesn't want to waste the useful nutrient content of this product, and yeah I hate the taste but I came to love the vitamins, we either love it or hate it or both at the same time. 😉👍🤟♥

It's unilever.. which says enough and isn't the queen dead? Well, she did became old but nevertheless. it's not really a treat and vitamin B.. how about a Belgium beer? I have very strong doubt there's that much vitamin B in a prepared "smurrie" like this.

I remember we had it during my childhood, I tried to eat it but I can't. I agree with @the-gorilla.. no way I will eat it. How about chocolate? It has a dark colour too.
