I'm trying to hit my goals to a lower level again because my lungs gets filled with fluids

I am not comfortable for my current weight and it causes me to cough. Well it is a sign that I am basically getting drowned with y own body fluid. Thankfully my efforts to conserve in consuming water or beverages is paying off because I am hitting lower weight and I am not sure when to stop or what "dry weight which I have to reach.

Definitely I am not staying to the 35 Kg and up zone because it is the point where I am not comfortable because of my lungs are beginning to fill-up with water and I can't afford to stay in this situation because of course if further backlogs of water removal happens then coughing will turn into drowning.

It already happened many years ago and thankfully the former renal nurse or head nurse is always cooperating which actually saved my life as my weight crashed for what I can remember nearing 40 Kg reaching as low as 32 Kg. However my blood pressure would be the main bump in reaching that weight in order for me to stop the fluid build-up but I was able to reach lower weight and it practically drained my lungs of fluids.

Another factor for fluid build-up in my lungs was my use of vitamin C which lead to acidosis and gave me the symptoms of fluid build-up in my lungs for so many years until I happen to solve it by just not taking large amounts of vitamin C anymore. Until this day ,y fluid management is still a very hard thing to do because complications arise when I am getting my dialysis which had lead to restricting the amount of water to be removed in my body and the only thing that is at least relieving me is my frequent dialysis sessions which I thought will really make me feel excellent but since the dialysis clinic had reduced my dialysis dose, the once exciting treatment times is not that exciting anymore because my appetite is not reset back to normal just like in the former times and I hope that my hardship in that regard will stop by receiving a better treatment soon and may God wills it for me because I just want to feel normal and not to feel ill all the time.
