This morning my blood pressure went down but not considerably down like in those instances where I am blacking-out already. It is because I am feeling the telltale signs of an impending hypotension. I am starting to feel some perspiration but what worried me was my guts as it is creating flatulence and I have a history of if I have gas in my gits, it will cause hypotension.

But I am not sure what causes my guts to get upset, it could be that I just ate strawberry sandwich as my breakfast with some brewed coffee as my beverage prior to our very early drive to my dialysis center. Then at dialysis while I am hooked-up, I again ate strawberry sandwich with coffee again, about one mug of it as my mother told me.

Yesterday I told my mother that I would like to eat some scrambled egg and rice as my breakfast and after she confirmed it, she told me to call her at 12:00 midnight so she can cook some rice. My father reacted what she has said after hearing it and told her not to wake-up that early, so I told her that I do not want to eat rice anymore as my breakfast and will just going to have the said sandwich and that was my breakfast prior to our departure to my dialysis center.

But I had my relatively light breakfast with Ketoanalogues to serve as my protein source but it don't help with my blood pressure while I am hooked-up, well at least that was my hope. The light breakfast could just be one of the reasons why I had a depressed blood pressure. It could also mean that I had too much sugar or the Caffeine in the brewed coffee had made my guts to revolve and produce gas and thereby causing me to again, experience hypotension or what the nurses IDH (Intradialytic hypotension) or lowering/crashing of blood pressure while undergoing dialysis as a meaning of it.

It could also mean that I am gaining weight which is why I can't lower my weight or target the dry weight which I am targeting before. Well it is good news if I was gaining real mass maybe because of my Ketoanalogues which I explain again as easily absorbed essential amino acids, building blocks of protein which is equivalent of me eating meat without my body getting the urea and nitrogen by-products compare to consuming meat or fish or plant protein for that matter.

Now I was not able to remove the particular amount of water from my body because I specifically asked the senior nurse to stop the removal of water. But they infused as usual, some NSS in my system because my blood pressure is at 80 Systolic, it is not enough for them to terminate the treatment session and asked me a few times if I want to still continue although they already set the cleaning to a minimum. Since I didn't really felt the usual bad case of hypotension and it is just beginning when I notified them, I asked them to continue the treatment because I do not want any further disruption to my dialysis with regards to cleaning my blood which I find to be always not being adequate.

That is why I do not fell as better as my previous session years ago which I really miss and regret not to experience anymore because it greatly affected the well-being which I needed and deserved due to my body having its own way of reacting beyond my control sometimes. Now I will just try to maybe eat as heavy as I can prior to my treatment and see if it will make an difference because I am trying to not experience hypotension because it will allow me to ask for a faster blood pump because it makes the blood cleaner, just to make my creatinine levels lower along of blood urea-nitrogen because I am still having high elevations of these poisons in my body which should not be the case because I am going three times a week for my needed dialysis and it is one of my long-standing problem for more than decade already.
