At least my antibiotics are working but its effects is slow

I can't get some ample sleep in this house where we are staying we live in one room and I sick and tired of the noise and sounds around the house and inside. When I needed to sleep I can't. When I am starting to sleep my parents would wake up and make noises because they would use their smartphones to watch things.
