Reading the "New King James version" of the Holy Bible, containing the old and new testaments with commentary by Bishop Edir Macedo with the Universal church this is a summery for my personal understanding and change in my current behavior and lifestyle.
The Holy Bible

Constantly reading and meditating in the word he overcame his spiritual battles.
I am impressed by how he managed to compile and complete this book while most of us cant even go threw the first chapter..
The bible sets us free and blesses the souls of those who obey his commandments.
The Bishop believes that only faithful and relevant dissemination of the sacred writings can bring growth for humanity spiritually, and within the family.
Commit yourself to it daily with holy fear and prayer so that you may be filled with divine wisdom.

Thus say's the lord "Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, let not the mighty man glory in his strength, let not the rich man glory in his riches, but let him who glories, glory in this that he understands and he knows me, that I am the lord.
My understanding and Commentary
If you should glory or glorify, glorify in that you know him, that he is lord.
Personally I cant judge or be a critic without studying the context provided by the bible thus I have no right to portray my thoughts, without having studied, that what its all about and tried to understand as that would just be pure laziness.
Reasons why I need God in my life personally
-Overcoming addiction and to have a fully pure temple without having to explain to myself why and for my soul to achieve the best of its potential by the grace and guidance off the all powerful and most high God.
- Understanding this has no longer anything to do with money or material things but to be sound and to realistically qualify to be a individual functional providing value in our society.
- I have done wrong and I am in no place to judge anyone else based on their preferences in life he is the only hope I have left.
