    Greetings, friend. In my case they were owing me 3 prizes, but the money did not appear in my Poloniex account. So what I did was report the problem to Poloniex "support". There they ask you for some transaction information.

      At first you may go to "support" , then you are going to fill out a form with various data, for example: hash code, phone number, email and you explain to them what the problem is.
