What was the instruction for the child, how did it sound? I don't see people in this projective method of portraying people.
What is the name of this technique?

    Hola @bambukam es una técnica proyectiva, y se le pide al niño que dibuje una casa por que en este caso es el "test de la casa".

    No deben dibujar personas a menso que así lo deseen pero la orden es dibujar una casa.

      This is similar to the House-Tree-Man test. I know this test.
      By the way, there is another projective technique - "Non-existent animal". Very informative test.
