@Art-Venture traditional Art contest: “Animal Art”: Winners!

Hello my dear Steemians and Art Fans,

 

Today we are happy to announce the results of “Animal Art” contest.

 

This time we have received 10 posts with Artworks, despite of such busy time and probably low inspiration we are glad that some of you decided to take part in this contest. It was our pleasure to see your creative posts.

Our special thanks for @xpilar as an active pro-Steem user for being one of the sponsor of contest.

Also using this post we would like to share a good new, our @stef1 account applied for Steemit Community Curator and we will be curating Visual Art on Steemit starting from May daily for a month. Further post will be done in couple of days.

Seeing this pencils drawing only what we could do just say “So..cute :-) ” It is one of the most difficult to recreate animal fur, especially having black color that has reflection of light, also the swirls of animal hair to create three dimensional appearance. Beautiful work and lovely drawing.

 

 

Second place goes to @betzaelcorvo: 12 Steem

 

 

This post made us interested with its story, @betzaelcorvo decided to share the drawing of his pet "Cevero". The people who have dogs know that such little friends become real family members and they are loyal members of the family. Great work on hair, especially to create such variety of colors and give a texture. The choice of such difficult body position of dog that you managed to represent very well. It was nice to see the photo reference with your friend :-)

 

 

Third place goes to @aalagenesis: 9 Steem

 

 

Seeing that painting of a frog first that my thought was…I need a cup of coffee. That is really creative idea to use a different type of medium and naturally decorate it with random shapes that is related with your mug with coffee that you probably just have had. Thank you for your fantasy and idea.

We would like to give to another version of dogs, that work made us smile, to see such difficult expression that might be really challenging. Well done.
