मेरे प्यारे दोस्तों आप सभी का स्वागत है मैं आज आपके सामने कुछ नया लेकर आया हूं जिसमें मैं आपसे बात करना चाहता हूं मैं एक मकान का निर्माण कर रहा हूं जिसमें सबसे पहले मुझे बजट और खर्चा देखना होगा सही सामग्री का भी चयन करना है और कोई खराब चीज मिल जाए तो बहुत कुछ गलत हो सकता है ठेकेदार भी कोई गलती नहीं कर सकता क्योंकि आजकल हर जगह कुछ ना कुछ गलत हो ही जाता है मैं सबसे पहले बजट के बारे में बताता हूं, मैंने हर चीज को तैयार किया है और लगाया कि कितना खर्चा हो सकता है.मुझे उम्मीद है कि खर्चा अधिक होगा, फ़िलहाल सामग्री पर निर्भर करता है कि कितनी सामग्री की गारंटी है हमेशा उच्च सामग्री मिल जाए तो और भी अच्छा है किसी कारण से समग्री में मिलावट आती है तो काफी चीजें गलत हो जाती हैं सबसे पहले ईटन का ध्यान रखना पड़ता है कि नीम में सबसे अच्छी स्थिति होनी चाहिएकिसी कारण से समग्री में मिलावट आती है तो काफी चीजें गलत हो जाती हैं सबसे पहले ईटन का ध्यान रखना पड़ता है कि नीम में सबसे अच्छी स्थिति होनी चाहिए गुणवत्ता खाओगे तो अच्छा नहीं चलेगा लेकिन किसी कारण से सुबह दिक्कत आती है तो सब कुछ दिक्कत होगी

That is right, it is most important that you should prepare a map before construction because a correct map will make a correct construction.The map should be made by a wise person and in the right place because addiction costs money but while making a map, a design is made and every thing in it is done by selection.Every thing is placed according to the Vastu Shastra, Bhoomi Pujan direction, gate and everything is done as per the system Along with construction, all the information is available on where to get the material, where to get it, at what time to do the house work, when to do puja, etc.
