Thanks for sharing your experience with us. And I hope you're still enjoying Wim Hof and you will see more long term benefits for yourself :)

Lying in bed, with my eyes closed and freeing my mind from the thoughts that the daily grind leaves us with, I have taken 30 breaths, one round for now, and have seen the following results.

Did you try to do it in sitting position ? I'm not sure if I like to sit or lie down flat on the matters. I feel that my breathing is deeper while I sit, but it's obviously less comfortable.
