I wonder what your work is. I assume it's an office job where computers are used. Will it ever happen that people in offices use their cellphones?
I for me wish that cell phones wouldn't be so present. I don't feel comfortable if people share their entire lives in public and even make video calls and are so loud. I don't like to be confronted with everyone's private life and problems and I find it strange that so many put their calls on a speaker. Are they all deaf that they can 't hear what is said?
