First of all you travel a lot and it would be nice if your fist 4 hashtags would refer to your post, something we would google on so to say.
Gourmet? I doubt I would search for that world if I have lobster in mind which I haven't eaten in my entire life. Do I miss it? No. I find it look a bit creepy also the way you hold the poor animal(s).
I don't believe I like to rip them in pieces and pay such a high amount just to have bite. I wonder, does this animal shout out for pain?
It can be I am a crybaby or hypocrite since I do/did eat meat although I don't eat that much (at most once per day a bit and not as much as @cryptopie LOL).
Your photos are great and I wonder who took them but more what camera you used. I wish you a super journey. Have fun.

P.s I don't know about the captain, I didn't meet him and it can be he's fun but great I find those I can talk with and have brains.
