With this post I would like to provide some brief notions regarding the topic mentioned in the subject.
The context in which we operate is that of the grammar of the English language.

Presentations
When we try to present a project in English, we know that we have some formalities that help us to compose our presentation.

Useful phrases
If we are in front of an audience we must start by welcoming those present.
Below are some examples.

Welcoming the audience
We can start our presentation by wishing good morning to those present, in this case we will use the following phrase remembering to give precedence to the ladies.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.

If we know the people who have come to listen to the presentation we can use a less formal phrase like the following.
Hi everyone.

Or we can open our speech in a formal way by thanking all the people who are present and who came to listen to us. A typical sentence could be the following.
First of all, let me thank you all for coming here today.

Introducing yourself
Once we have welcomed the audience, it is almost obligatory to introduce ourselves.
For the introduction I propose two similar ways.

The first is to address the audience simply by saying our name and where we come from.
A typical sentence could be the following.
Let me introduce myself. I’m Stefano Rossi from Italy.

Another way to introduce ourselves, perhaps in front of an audience that we partially know, we can instead introduce ourselves like this.
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Stefano
This way we inform who we are even those present who don’t know us.

The conclusion
To conclude here too I suggest two ways.
A first way is to warn that with the last things said we have arrived at the end of the presentation and one way can be this.
I’m now approaching the end of my presentation.

Another way is to warn our audience that we have finished and we have said everything there was to say.

Conclusions
When we have to verbally present a topic or a project and we have to do it in English, if we don’t know how to introduce ourselves or close the speech, we know that there are some formal phrases that come to our aid.

Con questo post vorrei fornire alcune brevi nozioni a riguardo dell’argomento citato in oggetto.
Il contesto in cui operiamo è quello della grammatica della lingua inglese.

Presentations
Quando proviamo a presentare un progetto in lingua inglese, sappiamo che abbiamo delle formalità che ci aiutano a comporre la nostra presentazione.

Frasi utili
Se siamo davanti ad una platea di pubblico dobbiamo iniziare con il dare il benvenuto ai presenti.
Qui di seguito alcuni esempi.

Accoglienza del pubblico
Possiamo iniziare la nostra presentazione augurando buongiorno ai presenti, in questo caso useremo la seguente frase ricordando di dare la precedenza alle signore.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.

Se conosciamo le persone che sono venute ad ascoltare la presentazione possiamo usare una frase meno formale come la seguente.
Hi everyone.

Oppure possiamo aprire il nostro discorso in maniera formale ringraziando tutte le persone che sono presenti e che sono venute ad ascoltarci. Una frase tipo potrebbe essere proprio la seguente.
First of all, let me thank you all for coming here today.

Presentarsi
Una volta che abbiamo accolto il pubblico è quasi d'obbligo presentarci.
Per la presentazione propongo due modi simili.

Il primo è rivolgersi al pubblico semplicemente dicendo come ci chiamiamo e da dove veniamo.
Una frase tipo può essere la seguente.
Let me introduce myself. I’m Stefano Rossi from Italy.

Un altro modo per introdurre noi stessi, magari davanti ad un pubblico che conosciamo parzialmente, possiamo invece presentarci così.
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Stefano
Così informiamo chi siamo noi anche i presenti che non ci conoscono.

La conclusione
Per concludere suggerisco anche qui due maniere.
Un primo modo è quello di avvisare che con le ultime cose dette siamo arrivati alla fine della presentazione ed un modo può essere questo.
I’m now approaching the end of my presentation.

Un altro modo è quello di avvisare il nostro pubblico che abbiamo finito ed abbiamo detto tutto quello che c'era da dire.
OK, I think that’s everything I wanted to say about today's topic

Conclusioni
Quando dobbiamo presentare in maniera verbale un argomento o un progetto e dobbiamo farlo in lingua inglese, se non sappiamo come presentarci o chiudere il discorso, sappiamo che ci sono delle frasi formali che ci vengono in aiuto.
