All communities on Steemit are invited to participate in the tournament!

📢 Hurry up, because spots are limited!

This first edition's format allows the participation of eight teams, selected based on the order of application submissions, subject to confirmation by the organizing team.

To register a team for the tournament, one of the administrators (or the team captain) must express their intent by writing a post within the Italy Community or in the comment section below.

❗VERY IMPORTANT ❗

All communities that confirm their participation officially commit to taking part in every stage of the tournament they qualify for.

Communities registered in the tournament, through one of their administrators or a team captain, commit to fielding a minimum of five different players in each match, providing their names beforehand through a post or a comment in the presentation post of the respective tournament round.

Participation, however, remains open to every member of the Steemit platform!

Anyone wishing to join the game can make arrangements with the team captains, declare their community affiliation (among those admitted to the tournament) in the presentation post of the respective matchday, and play.

Each player must be an actual member of the community they represent. If registered in multiple communities, players are free to represent the one they prefer but can only choose one at a time.

📝 TOURNAMENT FORMAT 📝

Eight teams, each representing a different Community, are invited to participate in the tournament. Each team must consist of at least five players.

The tournament includes an initial phase called the Regular Season, which will last seven weeks. During this phase, each team will face a different opponent each week, according to a schedule that will be announced at the end of the registration period.

At the end of the Regular Season, the top four teams will advance to the semifinals, which will be played as home-and-away matches.

The winners of the two semifinals will reach the final and compete, not only for the grand prize, but also for the title of Steem Retro Champions League Champion.

💪🏻 HOW MATCHES TAKE PLACE 💪🏻

Matches are held once a week, on Wednesdays, unless otherwise announced through official update posts. Each team has the entire match day to record their players’ scores in competitive mode (token purchase required), from 00:00 to 23:59 (Italian time, UTC+1).

Each match requires a minimum of five players per team to participate in competitive mode (token purchase required). To determine the final result, the top five players' scores will be compared as follows:

• Best player Team A vs Best player Team B
• 2nd best player Team A vs 2nd best player Team B
• 3rd best player Team A vs 3rd best player Team B
• 4th best player Team A vs 4th best player Team B
• 5th best player Team A vs 5th best player Team B

For each matchup, one goal will be awarded to the team with the higher score. The team with the most goals wins the match and earns 3 points in the standings. If a match ends with a 3-2 result, the winning team will receive 2 points, while the losing team will get 1 point.

📢 Attention! - Even though only the five best player scores are compared, each team can field an unlimited number of players. Additionally, every player can play an unlimited number of matches to try and improve their score. At the end of the match day, only the best score of each player will be considered.

At the end of each match day, the best score of each player is taken into account to create the team ranking and determine the matchups with the opposing team.

The scores of Adam (330) and Alina (391) for Team A, as well as those of Ben (181) and Baldo (334) for Team B, are not considered since they are not among the top five players of their respective teams.

👉 The match is therefore won by Team A with a score of 3-2.

Special Cases - If two opposing players in the same matchup achieve the same score, the point will be awarded in the following order: to the player who has played more matches, to the team that has played more matches, to the team with the best overall score.

💪🏻 SEMIFINALS AND FINAL 💪🏻

The semifinal and final matches follow the same format as the Regular Season, as outlined above.

The semifinals are played over two legs, with the following pairings:

• 1st vs 4th
• 2nd vs 3rd

The team that scores the highest number of total goals across both legs will advance to the final. In case of a tie in goals, the team with the better Regular Season ranking will qualify for the final.

🎁 PRIZES 🎁

🏅 Weekly Prizes

• In all phases of the tournament, every team that wins its match, regardless of the score, will receive a total prize of 10 Steem.

• During the Regular Season, the team that achieves the highest total score of the week (sum of all scores from all matches played by its members) will receive a total prize of 20 Steem.

🏆 Final Prizes

• The 4 teams that reach the semifinals will each receive a total prize of 30 Steem.

• The runner-up team, meaning the one that loses the final, will receive a total prize of 100 Steem.

• The winning team of the tournament will receive a prize of 500 Steem.

📢 Attention! - The weekly and final prizes will be distributed at the end of the tournament, based on the actual percentage of participation in the various matches (5 or more players per scheduled match = 100%) and recalculated in proportion to the players who actively participated in the game.

No prizes will be awarded to teams that drop out of the tournament before their final scheduled match!

If a community skips one of the intermediate match days in the tournament, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with a reduction in prizes being applied.

📢 Fate in fretta però, perché i posti sono limitati!

Il format di questa prima edizione prevede infatti la partecipazione di otto squadre, scelte in base all'ordine di arrivo delle candidature, con riserva di conferma da parte del Team organizzatore.

Per iscriversi al torneo uno degli amministratori (o il caposquadra), deve comunicarne la volontà tramite un post, scritto all'interno della Community Italy, oppure nella sezione commenti qui sotto.

❗MOLTO IMPORTANTE ❗

Tutte le community che comunicheranno la propria adesione si impegnano ufficialmente a prendere parte ad ogni fase del torneo alle quali sono qualificate per partecipare.

Le community iscritte al torneo, tramite uno degli amministratori o un caposquadra, si impegnano a schierare un minimo di cinque giocatori diversi in ogni partita, comunicandone i nominativi prima di giocare tramite un post o un commento nel post di presentazione della relativa giornata del torneo.

La partecipazione tuttavia rimane libera per ogni membro della piattaforma Steemit!

Chiunque voglia unirsi al gioco, può infatti prendere accordo con i capisquadra, dichiarare la propria community di appartenenza, tra quelle ammesse al torneo, nel post di presentazione della relativa giornata, ed effettuare la partita.

Ogni giocatore deve essere effettivamente iscritto alla community che rappresenta. Nel caso di iscrizioni a più community, i giocatori sono liberi di rappresentare quella che preferiscono, ma potranno sceglierne solo una alla volta.

📝 SCHEMA DEL TORNEO 📝

Al torneo sono invitate a partecipare otto squadre, rappresentanti di altrettante Community diverse, ciascuna composta da un minimo di cinque giocatori.

Il torneo prevede una prima fase, detta Regular Season, che durerà sette settimane, durante le quali ogni squadra affronterà di volta in volta una delle avversarie, secondo un calendario che verrà reso noto al termine delle iscrizioni.

Al termine della Regular Season, le quattro migliori squadre saranno promosse alle semifinali, previste su partite di andata e ritorno.

Le vincenti delle due semifinali approderanno in finale e si contenderanno, oltre al premio finale, anche il titolo di Campione della Steem Retro Champions League.

💪🏻 COME SI SVOLOGONO GLI INCONTRI 💪🏻

Gli incontri si svolgono una volta alla settimana, di mercoledì, salvo variazioni di programma che verranno debitamente comunicate nei post ufficiali di aggiornamento. Ogni squadra ha a disposizione tutta la giornata di gara per registrare i punteggi dei proprio giocatori tramite partite in modalità competitiva (acquisto del token), ovvero dalle ore 00.00 alle ore 23.59 (Ora italiana, UTC+1).

Ogni partita prevede la partecipazione in modalità competitiva (con l'acquisto del token) di un minimo di 5 giocatori per squadra. Per determinare il risultato finale della partita si confronteranno tra di loro i punteggi dei cinque migliori giocatori, secondo lo schema che segue:

• 2° miglior giocatore Team A vs 2° miglior giocatore Team B
• 3° miglior giocatore Team A vs 3° miglior giocatore Team B
• 4° miglior giocatore Team A vs 4° miglior giocatore Team B
• 5° miglior giocatore Team A vs 5° miglior giocatore Team B

Per ogni confronto si assegnerà un "goal" alla squadra capace di realizzare il punteggio più alto. La squadra con il maggior numero di goal segnati vincerà la partita e conquisterà 3 punti in classifica. Nel caso di partite terminate con risultato finale, 3-2 si assegneranno 2 punti in classifica alla squadra vincitrice e 1 punto a quella sconfitta.

📢 Attenzione! - Anche se verranno confrontati i punteggi dei migliori cinque giocatori per volta, ogni squadra può schierare, se crede, un numero illimitato di giocatori. Ogni giocatore, se crede, può inoltre giocare un numero illimitato di partite, nel tentativo di migliorare il proprio punteggio. Alla fine della giornata di gare verrà preso come riferimento la partita con il punteggio migliore.

Si affrontano il Team A e il Team B, per i quali scendono in campo i seguenti giocatori, con i relativi punteggi:

Al termine di ogni giornata di gare, vengono presi in considerazione i punteggi migliori di ogni giocatore, in modo da comporre la classifica di squadra e stabilire gli accoppiamenti con la squadra avversaria.

I punteggi di Adam (330) e Alina (391), per il Team A, e quelli di Ben (181) e Baldo (334) per il Team B, non vengono presi in considerazione, in quanto non rientrano tra i primi cinque delle rispettive squadre.

👉 La partita viene così vinta dal Team A con il risultato di 3-2.

Casi particolari - Nel caso in cui due giocatori opposti nel medesimo scontro facciano registrare il medesimo punteggio, il punto viene assegnato nell'ordine: al giocatore che ha giocato più partite, alla squadra che giocato più partite, alla squadra che ha realizzato il punteggio complessivo migliore.

💪🏻 SEMIFINALI E FINALE 💪🏻

Le partite di semifinale e finale si svolgono con le medesime modalità della Regular Season, illustrate qui sopra.

Le semifinali sono previste su partite di andata e ritorno, secondo questi accoppiamenti:

• 1^ vs 4^
• 2^ vs 3^

Passerà il turno ed approderà in finale la squadra capace di segnare il maggior numero di goal complessivi tra le partite di andata e ritorno. Nel caso in cui entrambe le squadre segnino lo stesso numero di goal, approderà in finale la squadra meglio piazzata nella Regular Season.

🎁 PREMI IN PALIO 🎁

🏅 Premi settimanali

• In tutte le fasi del torneo, ogni squadra che risulterà vincitrice del proprio match, indipendentemente dal risultato, riceverà un premio complessivo di 10 Steem.

• Durante la Regular Season, la squadra in grado di realizzare il miglior punteggio complessivo della settimana (somma di tutti i punteggi di tutte le partite effettuate dai propri membri) riceverà un premio complessivo di 20 Steem.

🏆 Premi finali

• Le 4 squadre capaci di raggiungere le semifinali riceveranno un premio complessivo di 30 Steem.

• La squadra seconda classificata alla fine del torneo, ovvero quella sconfitta in finale, riceverà un premio complessivo di 100 Steem.

• La squadra vincitrice del torneo riceverà un premio di 500 Steem.

📢 Attenzione! - I premi, settimanali e finali, saranno assegnati alla fine del torneo, in base alla effettiva percentuale di partecipazione alle varie partite (5 giocatori o più per ogni gara in programma = 100%) e ricalcolati in proporzione agli utenti effettivamente impegnati nel gioco.

Non sono assegnati premi alle squadre che abbandonano il torneo prima del loro ultimo impegno!

Qualora una community salti una delle giornate intermedie del torneo, la situazione verrà valutata caso per caso, fermo restando la riduzione dei premi.
