The Italian community has been organizing weekly contests among us. Today, we have reached the 128th week of the weekly best food competition. In this wonderful week, I would like to share some of the weekly best foods with you today. Basically, each food was my weekly best food list. Let's enjoy it.

Mango

Currently, it is mango season in Bangladesh. Mangoes are available in abundance in the Rajshahi region of Bangladesh and I live in a sea of mangoes. Mangoes are available in abundance in our region and we have some mango trees of our own.

So I can put mango in the weekly best food list. Because I eat at least 2 kg of mangoes every day and I like eating mangoes a lot. This juicy fruit has many nutritional properties and its beauty fascinates me a lot. So I put mango in the weekly best food list.

Beef and Bread

Meat and bread are among my favorite foods. I live by eating bread every day and I like bread a lot. I have put bread on the top of my weekly best food list and I have put meat next to it.

Meat is one of my national foods. Meat and Bread This recipe is my favorite and I ate beef and bread in the 128th week. So I have put bread and beef on my weekly best food list.

Cucumber and Lemon

Cucumber plays a very important role in the digestion process of our stomach. When we eat any kind of food and our stomach becomes very full, we can take cucumber to empty the stomach. Cucumber helps us reduce belly fat and helps us digest our food.

In addition, lemon plays a very important role in eliminating cold-related problems. So I always take lemon and I like lemon juice very much. So after eating beef and bread, I took cucumber with it and had lemon juice. I like drinking juice very much.

Guava

Guava is one of the sources of vitamin C. We have a lot of guavas on our trees and sometimes I collect guavas with my own hands and wash them with clean water and eat them.

In the 128th week, I have put guava for you today. I really like eating guava. So I have put guava in the weekly best food list and it is very beneficial for our body. We should consume foods rich in vitamins and vitamin C regularly.
