I'm going to take a day off today..

I'm not in good condition today, so I decided to take my annual leave and rest at home. Recently, fatigue has accumulated due to frequent business trips and company dinners, but I think it's because it hasn't been resolved properly. Now I'm lying on my bed in my bedroom and resting. I want to rest like this without doing anything today. I'll just take one day off today..please understand me. :)
