A great content again!
From what I have seen so far that, when it comes to medicine or getting better at something. People are looking for a one step solution and do not have much time to go through the details, just like the report you have shown. I think it is important for someone to be self educated, not about health in general. But, at minimal level, at things that are related to his own health.
Anyway, I am not professional either, so, I guess this is only what I think. Others might have a different opinion.
I think some of it is our fault that we sometimes treat ourselves and abuse antibiotics, and some of it is the fault of doctors who keep pescribing antibiotics for any symptom.
But it's dangerous because we've become accustomed to these treatments and they have less and less effect.
I agree with what you have said. I will only add to that, "lifestyle".
Our lifestyle and the choices we make are linked together. If we treat anything as partly our responsibility, then we would be asking more questions to get a better picture and a more understanding of what path are we taking.
God bless you & stay safe,
