- Application for Community Curator for June 2025 -

Greetings to the Steemit Team and the Community,

we are thrilled to present our proposal as Curators for the month of June.
Our team - formed by @damithudaya, @edgargonzalez, and myself, @mikitaly - has united its energy to work tirelessly in support of Steemit users from every corner of the world.

Ours is truly a global collaboration, as we come from three different countries: Sri Lanka, Venezuela, and Italy.

As dedicated and passionate Steemians, we deeply understand the importance of our role. Our goal is to discover and elevate high-quality, original content while curating posts and comments that add genuine value to the platform.

Now, let me proudly introduce you our team:

I’m @damithudaya from Sri Lanka, a Civil Engineer in the profession and an enthusiastic steemian for almost 04 and a half years now. I joined Steemit in August 2020 in the final year of my university life. I have to admit that Steemit has changed my lifestyle and mentality entirely!

With my dedication throughout my time, I have been blessed to have different roles and responsibilities to contribute positively to the platform. Currently, I am a moderator of STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE and Steem Sri Lanka communities, giving my best to keep them clean. Currently, I am working as an Atlas Ambassador for Sri Lanka, working for the promotion and development of the project.

I have served as a Country Representative for Sri Lanka and could help the native steemians to build up from scratch through various initiatives in the Sri Lankan community. Also, I was a greeter and a curator in the Newcomers' community (Verification of Newcomers' achievements, especially in the South Asian region). Apart from that, I have had the pleasure of working as a community curator in different teams for more than 10 months.

My name is Edgar Gonzalez, I am 47 years old, I started on Steemit on January 10, 2018, I have been on the platform for more than 7 continuous years, I am Venezuelan, I was born and raised in my country Venezuela, I speak perfect Spanish and English.

I am currently active in Steem demonstrating my capabilities and skills with interest always learning and continuing to grow within this ecosystem.

I have been a Steem rRepresentative since September 2023, performing this assigned responsibility, I have also been a curator on several occasions, administrator of the Nature&agriculture community. I am currently a moderator in the #ScoutsysusAmigos community

I'm mikitaly part of the Steemit family since 2017, I manage the Italian Community with my collegues of @italygame since 2020 and we also are Steemit's Witness.

As a Steem Representative, I actively support and engage with the Italian community through contests and daily interactions. But my commitment goes beyond: I also curate high-quality users from outside any community—those who might not have visibility but greatly contribute to the platform’s growth.

For almost a year now, I’ve been happy to serve as a Curator, supporting deserving authors who often go unnoticed.

Recently, my team and I launched Steem-Retrogames, a new project on the Steem blockchain aimed at bringing new users to the platform through the fun of classic gaming.
