ELEGY OF JEALOUSY
Your death, what does it matter,
if my desire has not died?
I dream of you, virgin departed,
and thus I manage (but what does it matter?)
to possess in dreams the one who died.
I dream of you with trembling fear,
lest you slip away, as before.
And at each meeting I hold dear,
I still grow restless, trembling near,
at your slightest delay once more.
Where were you? Where? With whom?
I wake, pale and enraged.
Suddenly, I know: with no one else,
oh, my love! With no one else
will you ever share your love, caged.
And if I fall asleep again,
I go, so happy, without bitterness -
to gently thank you, without disdain,
for your death, which grants and sustains
tranquility to my jealousness.

I am sharing photos of landscapes, moments and experiences. Nature and sea are the most visited themes in my photo collection, but any attention-grabbing aspect can be photographed. Hope you enjoy it...
