Today was a beautiful full day, between work commitments, with a delivery of products (which is now quite unusual, given that my customer base for bars and restaurants has progressively reduced) and the collection of a slush machine, I had give a good hand from the owner of the place, as although I am much better, my back still does not allow me to lift weights as I would like and could actually, a slush machine, which weighs around 30 kg, has never been a problem for me, but right now I have to be very careful, because it represents a more than maximum effort, which could lead to serious consequences for me, nullifying all the efforts and suffering I am going through to restore my full efficiency, I am still trying to get through the session with the physiotherapist as best as possible last Monday, already 3 days away but which left some consequences that have not yet been completely reabsorbed...

I had no repercussions from the return home of the slush machine I had collected, considering the fact that the lifting and positioning of the same in the trunk of my car took place with the help of the owner of the place, so I lifted half and perhaps less of his overall weight, while when I went down to the garage to remove the slush machine and put it to rest, the presence of a condominium owner with broad shoulders heartened me, he willingly volunteered to make that effort on my behalf, I thanked him warmly, Why It worried me more than a little that I had to lift it alone...

I also went to my parents, this week I hadn't visited them yet, their age is increasing more and more, all in all their health conditions are still optimal, keeping in mind that the sum of their years is more than 180 units, for an average of over 90 years each, my father clearly commands, I also did a quick calculation, he has less than 1,000 days left to reach the round figure par excellence, 100 years, damn it, but who's going to kill him? that one, he seems like a highlander in some ways, then sooner or later the fatal destiny will be fulfilled, because it is life itself that ends, but for the moment that day is not seen on the horizon, and luckily...

Giornata bella piena, quella odierna, tra impegni di lavoro, con una consegna di prodotti (fatto ormai parecchio insolito, visto e considerato che il mio pacchetto clienti di bar e ristoranti si è progressivamente ridotto) e il ritiro di un granitore, mi sono fatto dare una bella mano dal titolare del locale, in quanto nonostante io stia decisamente meglio, la mia schiena ancora non mi consente di sollevare dei pesi come vorrei e potrei effettivamente, un granitore, che pesa intorno ai 30 kg, non è mai stato un problema per me, ma adesso come adesso devo stare molto attento, perché rappresenta uno sforzo più che massimale, che potrebbe comportare serie conseguenze per la mia persona, vanificando tutti gli sforzi e le sofferenze che sto passando per ripristinare la mia piena efficienza, sto ancora cercando di superare al meglio la seduta dal fisioterapista di lunedì scorso, distante già 3 giorni ma che ha lasciato degli strascichi che non si sono ancora completamente riassorbiti...

Non ho avuto ripercussioni dal rientro a casa del granitore ritirato, in considerazione del fatto che il sollevamento e posizionamento del medesimo nel baule della mia vettura è avvenuto con l'ausilio del titolare del locale, per cui ho sollevato la metà e forse meno del suo peso complessivo, mentre quando sono sceso nel garage per rimuovere il granitore e metterlo a riposo, la presenza di un condomino con spalle larghe mi ha rincuorato, si è prestato volentieri per fare quello sforzo per conto mio, l'ho ringraziato calorosamente, perché mi inquietava e non poco il fatto di doverlo sollevare da solo...

Sono pure andato dai miei genitori, questa settimana non ero ancora passato da loro, l'età avanza sempre più, tutto sommato le loro condizioni di salute sono ancora ottimali, ben tenendo a mente che la somma dei loro anni è superiore a 180 unità, per una media di oltre 90 anni a testa, mio padre comanda nettamente, ho pure fatto un rapido calcolo, gli mancano meno di 1,000 giorni al raggiungimento della cifra tonda per eccellenza, 100 anni, accidenti, ma chi lo ammazza a quello, mi sembra un highlander per certi versi, poi prima o poi il fatal destino si compirà, perché è la vita stessa che termina, ma per il momento quel giorno non si vede all'orizzonte, e per fortuna...
