We are in Tuscany, with relatives, we come to this area every now and then, in the past we have often encountered bad weather, but this time it was hard to save our pens, because we found ourselves faced with events of an out-of-the-ordinary nature, but let's proceed step by step, starting from the beginning...

Nothing particular for the first hundred km travelled, as well as for the 2nd hundred km, even if towards Siena the general conditions begin to worsen badly, it had even become night, the darkness made everything more difficult, the rain begins to increase in intensity, like the speed of the windshield wiper which was struggling to keep the windshield clean, to the point that we take the wrong turn, we realize that we had never passed through those parts, only a few km, we go back, with the constant help of the satellite that we had inserted into the dial of the car, for greater safety, considering that it was really difficult to clearly distinguish the road...

I looked at the satellite, we had put the country of final destination, it still indicated about seventy km, about two hundred were already behind us, I thought by now that the worst, the longest part, had already passed and now it was just a question of that last one stretch, difficult as the last 40-50 were full of curves that slowed down the speed, but I still didn't know what we were about to encounter, because I don't know to what extent I will be able to convey to you what we really went through, moments , minutes, of authentic fear, I don't make it bigger than it was, but take my word for it that, for me, driving our car, to be afraid, that something could suddenly seriously put us in danger and that the situation could irremediably degenerate, well, it was something that wore me down so much internally that I had absolutely no desire to write anything last night in this regard but also in general...

Cari ragazzi e ragazze di Steemit, ieri ho avuto una di quelle giornate che ricorderò per un pezzo, fortunatamente è andato tutto bene, ma non era per nulla scontato il lieto fine, perché le cose, a un certo punto, si sono messe davvero male...

Siamo in Toscana, da parenti, ogni tanto veniamo da questa parti, in passato abbiamo incontrato spesso il maltempo, ma questa volta è stata dura salvare le penne, perché ci siamo trovati di fronte a eventi di portata fuori dal comune, ma procediamo per gradi, partendo dall'inizio...

Nulla di particolare per il primo centinaio di km percorsi, così pure per anche la 2° centinaia, anche se verso Siena le condizioni generali iniziano a peggiorare di brutto, si era pure fatto notte, l'oscurità rendeva tutto più difficile, la pioggia inizia ad aumentare d'intensità, come la velocità del tergicristallo che faceva fatica a mantenere pulito il parabrezza, al punto tale che sbagliamo strada, ci rendiamo conto per il fatto che non eravamo mai transitati da quelle parti, pochi km solamente, torniamo indietro, con l'aiuto costante del satellitare che avevamo inserito nel quadrante dell'auto, per maggiore sicurezza, visto e considerato che si faceva davvero fatica a distinguere nitidamente la sede stradale...

Guardavo il satellitare, avevamo messo il paese di destinazione finale, indicava ancora una settantina di km, duecento circa erano già alle nostre spalle, pensavo ormai che il peggio, la parte più lunga, fosse già passata e ormai era solo questione di quell'ultimo tratto, difficile in quanto gli ultimi 40-50 erano ricchi di curve che rallentavano la velocità di marcia, ma ancora non sapevo quello a cui stavamo per andare incontro, perché non so fino a che punto riuscirò a trasmettervi quello che abbiamo passato realmente, momenti, minuti, di autentica paura, non la faccio più grande di quello che è stato, ma credetemi sulla parola che, per avere paura io, alla guida della nostra vettura, che qualcosa ci potesse seriamente mettere in pericolo all'improvviso e che la situazione complessiva potesse irrimediabilmente degenerare, beh, è stato un qualcosa che mi ha talmente logorato interiormente che non ho avuto assolutamente voglia di scrivere nulla ieri sera a tal riguardo ma anche in generale...
