Here we are, we're back to normal, I took the image this morning, when I found myself in front of this beautiful spectacle of nature, which is not 100% natural, as it was created artificially by the municipality, or similar body, to protect a certain area, as if a small canal like this could actually do something, they make me laugh, they are so pathetic when they get certain things into their heads, that I almost believe it myself, it's just a shame that they so quickly border on the ridiculous, because that's what they are, when they do these good jobs for the benefit of the community, I remain of my opinion, that they are a real asshole...

Let's be clear right away, I am not a road maintenance technician or anything else, I simply try to make my brain work or little more, so this work they have carried out is, clearly, clearly insufficient, but there is a promise, for that specific area, which a person who lives in those parts revealed to me, what you see in the image is like an appetizer, something that has been done while waiting for another work to completely and expand this one which has already been carried out, but also in this case there is a specification that needs to be made, this subspecies of improvised canal was built a couple of years ago, and nothing more since then, so there is really little to be optimistic about, it has already been a real fortune if nothing particularly significant has happened so far, but sooner or later, when the centimeters of rain that will fall on the ground will be quite a lot, how will it end?

Simple, very simple, there could be a flood, not a very big one because there are no rivers or streams in that point, but the rainwater flows into that area from different parts, a local flood cannot absolutely be ruled out, but after all, who am I to make certain statements, to question the capable work of so many valid administrators and municipal consultants?!?!

Ecco qua, siamo alle solite, l'immagine l'ho scattata nella mattinata odierna, quando mi sono ritrovato davanti a questo bello spettacolo della natura, che proprio naturale non è al 100%, in quanto è stato creato artificialmente dal comune, o ente assimilabile, per proteggere una certa zona, come se un piccolo canale come questo potesse fare realmente qualcosa, mi fanno ridere, sono così patetici quando si mettono in testa certe cose, che quasi quasi ci credo anch'io, peccato solamente che sconfinano così rapidamente nel ridicolo, perché tali sono, quando fanno questi bei lavori a favore della collettività, io rimango della mia idea, che sono una vera e propria presa per il culo...

Intendiamoci subito, io non sono un tecnico della manutenzione stradale o altro ancora, semplicemente cerco di far funzionare il cervello o poco di più, per cui questo lavoro che hanno realizzato è, chiaramente, nettamente insufficiente, ma c'è una promessa, per quella specifica zona, che mi ha rivelato una persona che abita da quelle parti, questo che vedete nell'immagine è come un antipasto, un qualcosa che è stato fatto nell'attesa di un altro lavoro di completamente e ampliamento di questo che è stato già eseguito, ma anche in questo caso c'è una specifica che va fatta, questa sottospecie di canale improvvisato è stato costruito da un paio di anni, e da allora nulla più, per cui c'è davvero poco da essere ottimisti, è già stata un'autentica fortuna se finora non è accaduto nulla di particolarmente rilevante, ma prima o poi, quando i centimetri di pioggia che cadranno a terra saranno parecchi, come andrà a finire?

Semplice, molto semplice, potrebbe esserci un'esondazione, non molto grossa perché non ci sono fiumi o ruscelli in quel punto, ma l'acqua piovana confluisce in quella zona da diverse parti, un allagamento locale non si può assolutamente escludere, ma io, in fondo, chi sono per fare certe affermazioni, per mettere in discussione il valente operato di tanti validi amministratori e consulenti comunali?!?!
