Where are you from? We are too, but it’s not just about using bad materials. There is a lot of corruption in our country. They make budgets for good streets, but then we see the streets are made poorly.
I am from the Philippines and just like any other third world country corruption here is rampant. A sad truth. And it is quite hard to stop because it all starts from the top all the way to the bottom. It has actually become a way of life. 😪
