I directly chose to delete many applications. Not only Instagram, but Facebook, etc. I only left WhatsApp because there I communicate with my entire family and X to find out about the reality of the world.
Now I do notice that I hardly take my cell phone at all all day other than to check an email or the bank app.
I will try to reduce the use of any screen as much as possible. My time is money and I'm tired of spending it uselessly in front of a phone, I feel like my life is going away looking and looking and looking at things that I like but that I never get or put into practice because I'm looking at more content. I want to rest, to be able to concentrate more. I want to be a person again.
Now if I want to see or study something specific, I sit down at my computer (like now), and search for it directly on the web.

Good advice.
