One of the fundamental needs of humans is food. To live healthily, we need to eat a balanced diet. Through the competition, I will share Bengali food with you.*
Beef Biryani with Chicken Roast
Foodie Bengalis always want to eat delicious food. In that case, eating chicken roast with beef biryani is a very delicious and incomparable tasty dish. My menu today was beef biryani with chicken roast, which is one of my favorite dishes. A dish that many like me like. Beef biryani is made with a mixture of sugarcane rice and beef. Beef biryani is as tempting to look at as it is delicious to eat.
Chicken kasha
It is incredibly fun to eat spicy and spicy curry of local chicken. The thick broth is great to eat with hot rice, roti, or paratha. Chicken kasha of great taste is made by grinding local chicken with more onion.
Fish and Rice
We Bengalis are known as Bengalis with fish and rice. Fish is a rare example of Bengali culture and tradition. A plate of rice can be eaten in an instant with fish broth with hot rice. That is why the Bengali nation is called Bengalis with fish and rice. One of my favorite fish is Pabda fish. Fish meets the protein needs of our body and increases the immune system.
Fruits
Fruits rich in vitamin C are malata and orange. To live healthily, we must include vitamin-rich fruits in our daily diet. Eating oranges increases the immune system of our body and strengthens our teeth.
