Yes, you have highlighted many of the critical points of the platform and I believe that many of these reasons are behind the failure of the original idea.
It's clear that if the project had given the answers that the team expected, then it would have gone differently.
With more subscribers and with the explosion of the betting exchange, Scorum would have become a network frequented by many users who are passionate about sports and betting (two very profitable sectors) and therefore as sponsors ready to enter the business. Thus the value of the token would have increased exponentially and something interesting could have been built.

Unfortunately this didn't happen, even the constant decline in the market did not help the development of this platform.

By the way, I had a lot of Nigerian friends there...they were very active and someone also had a very good SP.
