Sinner ha perso ad Halle agli ottavi con un giocatore che aveva battuto agevolmente al Roland Garros un paio di settimane prima.
Halle e' uno dei 3 tornei importanti su erba del circuito, gli altri sono Queens e ovviamente Wimbledon.
L'erba e' una superficie piu veloce rispetto alla terra ma anche piu' insidiosa per il rimbalzo piu' basso, solitamente si fa Halle per preparare Wimbledon.

Sinner e' il numero 1 al mondo, lo e' rimasto anche dopo i 100 giorni di squalifica, lo e' sempre malgrado le 2 sconfitte con Alcaraz e questa ad Halle.
La gente si e' stupita che il nostro campione possa anche perdere, oggi se affronti un giocatore dei primi 30 del ranking e non giochi al massimo rischi di uscire in 2 set anche e sei il numero 1.

Mi sembra che su questo ragazzo ci siano troppe tensioni, troppe aspettative.
Lui cerca di restare un ragazzo normale, non so quanto di questa immagine sia vera e quanto sia costruita, ma quando arrivi a questi livelli mediatici essere uno qualunque e' complicato.
Credo abbia una buona famiglia che tenta di proteggerlo ma andrebbe lasciato tranquillo, se perde una partita anche se fosse un primo turno, lasciarlo in pace.

Oggi lo sport di altissimo livello logora e consuma anche fisicamente, basta vedere i ritiri di altri italiani dai vari tornei per infortuni, occorre saper staccare al momento giusto e prendersi del tempo per se stesso.
E' bene che questo ragazzo esca dal tritacarne mediatico, magari anche facendo meno spot, per tornare ad essere un ragazzo normale, per quanto possibile se sei il n.1 al mondo.
Ha ancora una lunga carriera davanti che va gestita con intelligenza e prudenza.

It seems to me that there is too much tension on this boy, too many expectations.
