새벽운동 오운완 5.72km(목표 5km)
낮시간에 스테픈 즐길시간이 없을 듯 하여 오늘은 새벽에 5.7km를 걸어 오늘 운동 마무리했네요.
어둠이 채 가시지 않는 시간 오롯이 나만의 시간을 가질수 있어 좋았습니다.
