First I selected black color and painted the eyes and face very nicely.

Then I drew the shape of the whole face.

Then I colored in the whole.

Then I selected more colors and drew the design.

Then I drew on the upper part like a hat. Then I colored in it and made a design.

Then I made the background black. This is how I completed today's art. Hope you like it.
