Since the month of Ramadan is going on now, everything from food to routine has to be done in a new way. In that case, we have to follow some rules to stay healthy. So we can enjoy this month of Ramadan with our new routine and health.

What habits should be developed to maintain a healthy and conscious lifestyle during the month of Ramadan are given below.
Since we have to fast for about 12 hours, for our health, we should first have protein-rich foods in our meals such as Sehri, Iftar and dinner, avoid oily foods, and drink more water after Iftar.
Since we break our fast after fasting all day, we should refrain from eating to fill our stomach or there will be a possibility of gas in the stomach. We should sleep regularly, worship and practice at the right time.

What to eat in Sehri
We have to fast for about 12 hours, so in Sehri, we have to eat foods that digest slowly. Such as red rice, flour bread, chicken, nuts, etc.
Eating dates and milk in Sehri gives a lot of energy, which plays a big role in keeping the fast and keeping the body fresh.
You have to eat vegetables and drink 2-3 glasses of water.
- You have to avoid oily foods. You have to avoid eating Palau or Tehari. Eating these increases the thirst for water and makes you uncomfortable.
What to eat in Iftar.
After fasting all day, the body is dehydrated, so you have to drink more water. Drinking fruit juice along with it quickly relieves the body from dehydration.
You have to eat protein foods including fruits. Dates have a lot of protein, so you have to eat more of them to overcome weakness.
You should refrain from eating oily food during Iftar or it will lead to bad things.

Ramadan is a month of worship, you should worship more in this month. You should pray 5 times a day with the congregation and read the Quran if you get time. Since the Quran was revealed in this month, the virtue of reading the Quran in this month is very high. Along with worship, you should treat everyone well, this is a big act of worship.
Since this month is the month of forgiveness, you should do more deeds this month and ask for forgiveness from Allah. And these deeds should be done according to your convenience. When the time comes, engage in worship.

Yes, I think this is a very important issue. Many times, we cannot protect our eyes when watching movies and dramas on the net, so we should stay away from them.
Now many apps help us understand the Quran with Bangla meanings. Also, there are many surahs on YouTube that those of us who cannot read the Quran can easily listen to.
