This subject is very interesting because it is related to almost every human life. Many of us live in a rented house at some or the other turn of our life and there are different types of experiences.With the questions asked in this competition, I start writing the competition.

Who is a landlord?

The landlord is the person who owns the house or property and rents it. The tenant pays the fixed rent every month to stay there. But this relationship is not only of money, but it also includes trust, rules and responsibilities. The owner is the person who is the legal owner of any property (home, flat, shop, plot).

How long have you stayed in someone's house? Was the place favorable, or did you manage?

I still live in a rented maken. This house belongs to my friend's friend. I have lived in a rented house for almost two years. Because of my husband's job, I have to leave my house in my village and live here in a rented house.

The house is not very big but clean and calm and I also like to stay here. This air is also good in the house and the view of the outside looks good. This place is appropriate for me. If I want to take home for me, then I am a similar house for myself and Syed this house also take me in a short time. I liked it very much and I am also relieved to stay at home. I do not have to go too far to take all the goods. I find all the items close to my house. Therefore, I have no problem in living in this house and people around the house are also very good and their nature is also very good. I use that in difficult times. So I like to stay at home.

Do you think it's wise to stay in the same compound with your landlord?

The same campus with the landlord is also good. Being a nearby landlord will make you feel security and responsibility. If we have any problem (water, electricity, repair etc.) immediately and can get a solution quickly. If we have to leave the house empty, then there is some confidence in the presence of the landlord, if we want to go out.

If we live in the same campus with the landlord, then there are many disadvantages. For example, every small activity can be monitored. Due to which freedom will feel less. There is also more interference like when who comes. Whom do we meet and return late at night, etc. can be done. If the nature of the landlord is strict, then everyday things can become troublesome. But if he is going to control or interrupt, then it is prudent for privacy to live in a separate campus.

Do you think the tenant has the right to sue the landlord over negligence of his responsibilities?

If we look at the legal point of view, the tenant has the right to prosecute the landlord only when the landlord is negligent in fulfilling his responsibilities, not when the tenant is negligent. Just like paying rent, not harming the house, following the terms of the contract. If the tenant is negligent in them, then the landlord has the right to take a legal action on the tenant, if the landlord has the right to send a notice like the landlord. Responsibility such as repair, giving safe environment, negligence in fulfilling the contract. Only then the tenant can file a case against him. The landlord has the right to sue the mistake of the tenant. Not to the tenant.
