Lifestyle Diary Game (29 May 2025) - When the way of life is included in the exchange of education.

For the past few days, exams have started at our madrasa starting today, and this is the half-yearly exam. This institution conducts only two exams a year: one is the half-yearly exam and the other is the annual exam. Our half-yearly exams began on the 27th. The students have also started taking the exams very easily and comfortably. The teachers are also fulfilling their duties as examiners properly. Each person is taking care of their respective responsibilities.

I woke up very early because I needed to perform the Fajr prayer. I had to pray to Allah for a good day and to thank Him for giving me such a beautiful day. After that, I sat in class and continued until eight in the morning. Our exam would start around eight-thirty, so I had my meal and went to the office to bring the documents. I started the exam process.

Our exam has started and will last until 11 AM. All students and examinees will sit here, and all teachers and examiners will also be present. If it ends before 11:00 AM, it cannot be concluded; rather, the students must remain seated. Nevertheless, the exam began, and one by one, students started coming in to take their tests. I also performed my duties as an exam official accordingly.

We have another policy here that during each exam, the authorities will conduct inspections. Just today, officials from another branch came for an inspection. They arrived from another branch and sat next to the examiners, asking a couple of questions to the students. This helps them understand how our exam is progressing, what our preparations were like, and how the implementation is going.

In our organization, there are countless policies, but the policies that resonate with me seem acceptable and beneficial for the organization. We will respect and honor the responsibility of the inspection that has come. Additionally, he will provide comments in the comments section and submit this report to the core foundation of our branch. This will allow us to check the quality of the branch and understand the report.However,

after conducting the exam until 11:00, I finished the test and released all the students. Some of the students who were residential stayed in their rooms, while those who were non-residential went home. After finishing the exam, I took the result sheet to the office. Upon reaching the office, I shared that result sheet with everyone and handed over the responsibility to the designated student. Then we had a light snack, so I had my snack.

There was such a situation with the examiners' tiffin, and separate arrangements were made here for the students. On the days when the exams would be held, separate arrangements are made for the examiners by the institution. Additionally, I would like to mention that examiners are honored with a dollar amount of about three dollars for each exam day they serve as examiners. This increases the responsibility and awareness of the examiners.

Anyway, after spending some time like this, I returned to the room, and all the examiners went to their personal tasks. I also went to my room and spent the rest of the day very pleasantly and easily. After lunch, I did not attend class because I had to work on the documents related to the half-yearly exams in the office on my laptop. So I went there and started processing all the result sheets.

I spent my time working until the Asr prayer. I went to my room to perform the Asr prayer and led all the students in prayer together. After finishing the prayer, I rested for a while until evening, taking care of personal tasks such as speaking in language and working on mobile platforms. I spent this time until evening and then performed the Maghrib prayer. After the prayer, I went back to the office.

However, after going to the office, I worked for a while, but there is little time after Maghrib. I spent that brief time enjoying the moments. After performing the Isha prayer, my colleague suggested that we go out for a light meal. We went to a nearby hotel where khichuri (a type of mixed rice dish) is made with fish. So, I had khichuri along with a cup of malai chai (creamy tea). After finishing our meal, we had some sweets.

The price of tea here is about $0.30, the price of khichuri is $0.70, and the price of sweets is $0.17. This was the arrangement of food and the food items. After finishing the meal, I didn't delay any longer as it was nearly past ten at night. After that, I went straight to the madrasa, where there was light rain until then. Upon arriving at the madrasa, I prepared to sleep. This was the moment of my whole day that I shared with you. Stay well, stay healthy. Allah Hafiz.
