It is the mother that has the most influence on children. The reason is that mothers are usually stricter with their children than fathers who hardly have time for their children rather than providing them with essential resources. Mothers always look out for their children which makes mothers have more influence on children than any other person. Mothers always show more care and compassion for their children than fathers.

Who influenced you most during your childhood?

It is my mother that influenced me the most during my childhood. This is because it is my mother who was always by my side taking good care of me during my childhood, whereas my dad was busy with his work which as of then until his retirement he hardly came home to spend some time with us. Due to how close my mother was to me, I was influenced by her lifestyle.

Yes, I think children can retrain themselves even when they have good backgrounds/home training. For example, peer groups in school or church can make children retrain themselves. This is because when a child starts associating with another child, he or she starts practicing the habits of the other child.

Yes, I am influencing the younger ones around me, by educating them on how they can live a better life. Also, I do influence children by my lifestyle which is correcting myself if I am wrong so they can be able to admit their wrongdoing.
