SUNDAYs ARE FOR BUFFET

Happy sunday team steem , i really do believe we had a great day where ever we found ourselves today.
Well if you ask me, i would say while others where busy preparing for church service in this part of the world and Christian to be precise; my my case was different as there is no holiday as long as you are here. We came for a mission and that mission is to WORK, with the upmost priority tagged SAFETY.

SUNDAY, THE MOST ANTICIPATED DAY OF THE WEEK

Sunday dinner has been set aside for buffet where asorted meals are displayed for consumption.
On my resumption of work on this itch, this happens to be my first sunday.
Before i delf into the buffet proper, i wil like to highlight the activities i carried earlier out today.

WEEKLY ROUTINE CHECKS ARE CARRIED OUT DURING WEEKENDS

After our general morning meeting, we had a toolbox talk amongst our Engine Room team and also carried outiur JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for the task of the day.
We carried out Bilge Alarm Test, Battery Checks, Visual Inspection Of Cranes and Jacking System, Emergency Lights Test, Ac Checks and many more
My major focus today was on Crane and Battery

During my inspection on Cranes, i checked for leakages, cracks, damaged Hydraulic Hoses, Coolant Level, Lub Oil Level, Hear Oil Level, Boom Block, Unfamiliar Noise when cranked, Unusual Vibration and checks on Boom slings to ensure that they all are in good condition.

I also checked Battery voltage, the Battery charger AMP, Leaks, Damaged Terminals and more.

Let's go to the main business of the day

Lest I forget, I must highly recommend the catering Department for their tremendous works especially on Sundays as the have so much meals to prepare for consumption.
Asorted food were displayed and then come the OIM's (Offshore Installation Manager) Remark, a word of prayer was made by one of the personels and every one swong into the business of the day.
I Had an amazing fun today guys.
