[TRADITIONAL FOOD] Christmas Brussel Sprouts

It is regrettable that Brussels sprouts have such a poor reputation. because they taste so good when prepared properly!
Furthermore, now is the ideal time of year to give them another shot—Christmas.
The secret is to roast them with oil, salt, and pepper on high heat. Don't pack the tray too full too, or they won't caramelize.
To make it extra special, feel free to add bacon and onions to the platter!
