Importance of Green Tea and it's Benefits in Our Daily Life
Tea plays a very vital role in our life because our day starts with good tea. Tea tells us to refresh our day to start our daily routine tasks. It gives us a new mood every day.
What is Green Tea?
If I explain in short, Generally, Green tea is made from leaves of Camellia sinensis and buds. It's not been going through the process of withering and oxidation that makes oolong teas and black teas. This type of Green tea was found and originated in the Republic of China. And now its manufacturing and production spread over Asia's East region.
Benefits of Green Tea
There are multiple benefits of Green Tea if we consume it on regular basis. Here I am giving some of the benefits but not limited to it. I am trying to explain its benefits as much as shorter I can. So, basically, the main and key benefits are as pointed out below...
- It is proven that it has some Antioxidants that may lower the risk of some cancers.
- If one is a diabetic person, then It may help them to prevent diabetes type 2.
- It contains bioactive compounds which are very healthy for us.
- Green Tea has characteristics that may reduce our bad breath.
- This Tea has good natural resources that may help to prevent cardiovascular disease.
- It has a unique anti-aging compound that may protect the brain from the aging process.
- This natural tea can increases the burning of our fat.
- It stimulates brain function which may improve the functioning of our brain.
