最近陪家人看房的最大心得就是建商設計的房子越來越小，公設比越來越高，所以號稱十五坪的房子真正可以使用的室內面積只有十坪不到，這樣還可以隔兩間房XD
尤其是越棒的重劃區因為地價高昂，再加上有重大投資建設，可謂寸土寸金，兩房的小房設計是主流，十五坪，十九坪可以隔兩房，二十四坪到二十八坪都可以隔成小三房，真的是太扯了~~
