Today, my wife and I embarked on a journey to Hong Kong, the main purpose of this trip was to deal with a Hong Kong insurance policy that we purchased seven years ago. Although we have been paying our premiums online, this time we decided to check in person to make sure everything went smoothly. In addition, we are planning to open ZA Bank's digital bank account in Hong Kong for future needs. As an emerging digital bank, ZA Bank has attracted our attention with its convenient services and innovative financial products. We hope that through this opportunity, we will be able to better manage our finances and prepare ourselves for the rest of our lives.

We chose the high-speed rail as the means of transportation to Hong Kong, and it only took 10 minutes from Shenzhen North Railway Station to reach Kowloon West Railway Station. The convenience and efficiency of high-speed rail allows us to save a lot of time and make the whole journey easier and more enjoyable. At Kowloon West Station, we passed through the security check and immigration procedures smoothly, and the whole process was orderly, and we were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Although it was only a short stay, the modern facilities and efficient service of Kowloon West Station gave us a very good first impression of Hong Kong.

From Kowloon West Station, we take the MTR to North Point. After leaving the North Point MTR station, it is a short walk to the building of the insurance company AIA. As a well-known insurance company in Hong Kong, AIA has a magnificent office building and modern internal facilities. We quickly found the customer service staff in charge of our policy, who was professional and efficient, and quickly handled the premium confirmation and related formalities for us. The whole process was very smooth, and we were very satisfied with the patience and meticulousness of the customer service staff. After finishing the errand, we were in a relaxed mood and full of anticipation for the next trip.

At noon, we decided to try some authentic Hong Kong-style refreshments. After some searching, we chose Fung Shing Restaurant in North Point. The restaurant is known for its traditional Hong Kong-style refreshments, and we ordered three signature dishes: Chicken Feet, Dumplings in Soup, and Hong Kong-style Siu Mai. Each dish is full of color and flavor, especially the soup dumplings, the soup is delicious and endless. However, the greasy feeling of Hong Kong-style refreshments also forced us to drink a lot of tea to relieve greasyness. During the meal, we noticed that there were many elderly customers in the restaurant, who seemed to have become accustomed to eating here and enjoying a leisurely afternoon. This atmosphere gives us a sense of Hong Kong's unique charm.

After lunch, my wife and I decided to walk and enjoy the streets of Hong Kong. This is my third visit to Hong Kong, the first two being 13 years ago and 7 years ago. Surprisingly, the streets of Hong Kong don't seem to have changed much, and even the taxis are exactly the same, as if time has stood still here. This time, however, I noticed a detail that I hadn't noticed before: the pigeons in Hong Kong don't seem to fly much, and they, like pedestrians, swagger down the pavement, as if they were used to being with humans. This scene of harmonious coexistence has given me a new understanding of Hong Kong's urban ecology.
