政务中心办理最后一步

今天是办理重复缴费个人养老保险退费的最后一步。一大早,我就来到我们这边区域的市民政务中心办理业务。

昨天我在网上查了一下,他们这边的上班时间是8点半,中午12点钟就不受理业务了。我又怕去晚了,排队的人很多,所以8点多一点我就到达了政务中心。发现里面有一两个跟我差不多去得很早的人,跟他们交流了一下,听他们说工作日的上午、下午一般人都会很多。而且办理业务,因为有些业务还比较复杂,所以一个人办一个业务,时间长的有可能持续半个小时,所以一定要来早一点。我庆幸自己来的比较早。

但是因为8点半还没有到,所以那个叫号机还不能预约取号,我们就在旁边的休息区域坐着静静等待。

8点半到了,看到大堂有一个类似于引导员的女生在启动叫号机。我们在旁边等待的人赶紧去排队,因为我来的很早,所以排在第一个,立马就取到了0001的编号,也就是说我是今天第一个来办业务的人。还好这就不会耽误事。

我没有给公司请一整天假,只跟领导说了一下,上午要请1.5个小时的假去办理个人业务,领导也很爽快地答应了。我想早点把这个业务办完,然后早点回公司上班,这样就不用消耗我的年假,也不用扣工资了。

好在来之前我把各种业务流程都查得很详细,心里很清楚。于是去了以后,我直接跟柜台的服务人员说我要办理什么业务。他再三问了我,确认相关信息,就让我填了一张申请表。

我把每个时间段的信息和相关内容填上去之后,写了一两句话,大概是承诺书的意思,然后按了两个手印。中途还到前台去复印了身份证和社保卡的正反面复印件,把这个复印件给到窗台办业务的工作人员。

差不多十五分钟,整个业务就办好了。工作人员跟我说,回去在家等着就可以了,大概十五到三十个工作日内,退款金额就会打到我的个人账户上,我就可以提取出来了。

我再三确认了一下,没有其他事情,我就走了。

还好今天一上午事情办得很顺利,九点半不到我的事情就办完回到公司了。

Today is the last step in handling the refund for the duplicate payment of my individual endowment insurance. Early in the morning, I went to the Civic Affairs Service Center in our area to handle the business.

Yesterday, I checked online and found that their working hours start at 8:30 in the morning and they stop accepting business at 12:00 noon. I was also worried that if I went late, there would be a long queue. So I arrived at the Civic Affairs Service Center a little after 8 o'clock. I found that there were one or two people who also arrived quite early, similar to me. I had a chat with them and they told me that there are usually a lot of people here both in the morning and afternoon on working days. And when handling business, since some of the businesses are quite complicated, it may take up to half an hour for one person to complete one business. So it's really necessary to come early. I was glad that I came early.

However, since it was not yet 8:30, the queuing machine couldn't be used for making appointments and getting numbers. So we sat in the rest area nearby and waited quietly.

When 8:30 arrived, I saw a girl who seemed to be a guide in the lobby starting the queuing machine. Then the people waiting nearby rushed to queue up. Since I came early, I was the first in line and immediately got the number 0001, which means I was the first person to handle business today. Fortunately, this wouldn't cause any delays.

I didn't take a whole day's leave from the company. I just told my leader that I needed to take 1.5 hours off in the morning to handle personal business, and my leader readily agreed. I wanted to finish handling this business early and go back to work in the company early, so that I wouldn't have to use up my annual leave or have my salary deducted.

Fortunately, I had checked all the business procedures in detail before coming and I was very clear about them in my mind. So after I got there, I directly told the service staff at the counter what business I wanted to handle. He asked me several times to confirm the relevant information and then asked me to fill out an application form.

After I filled in the information of each time period and relevant content, I wrote a couple of sentences, which were probably in the nature of a letter of commitment, and then I pressed two fingerprints. I also went to the front desk to make copies of the front and back sides of my ID card and social security card, and then gave the copies to the staff member handling the business at the counter.

In about fifteen minutes, the whole business was completed. The staff member told me that I could just go home and wait. The refund amount would be transferred to my personal account within about fifteen to thirty working days, and then I could withdraw it.

I confirmed several times that there was nothing else to do, and then I left.

Fortunately, everything went smoothly this morning. I finished handling the business and returned to the company before 9:30.
