Hello everyone, back again with me, On this occasion I want to make a traditional dish made from seafood, which food has been around since ancient times and is still very popular today, even this food has become an icon of the Aceh region, this is one of the traditional dishes typical of Aceh, namely Aceh curry sauce, this is one of the typical Acehnese dishes that I really like, for the people of Aceh this dish is very familiar.
but this time I will process this squid with typical Acehnese spices which of course this is for the menu to break the fast later, this menu is one of the menus that makes you waste rice haha, moreover this is my favorite menu here I will share the Acehnese squid curry recipe if you are a seafood lover I suggest you must try this one recipe I guarantee you will be addicted to its savory taste
2 potatoes
700 ml coconut milk
6 cloves of garlic
a piece of turmeric
a little ginger
1 tsp coriander
5 cayenne peppers
10 red peppers
4 candlenuts
1 tsp cumin
7 sunti acid (dried starfruit)
2 tbsp gonseng coconut
How to make:
The first step is to marinate the squid with lemon juice and salt, let it sit for 4 minutes.
After that, take a frying pan and saute the spices, pandan leaves, cardamom, star anise, until fragrant, then add the ground spices.

- then add the potatoes first then the coconut milk, cook until the potatoes are half cooked then add the squid, after that cook for about 20 minutes and add salt then check the taste whether it is right and tare the Acehnese curry squid is ready
