Do you drink milk often?

 

Milk is something that we people know since we are born, as babies we drink milk and it is essential for human child to grow. Majority of children tolerate milk well but some have lactose intolerance. I love milk but only in my tea and coffee, oh.. actually I also love hot chocolate with milk. To tell the truth I do not like pure milk and even as a child I did not drink pure milk. By the way, I completely forgot about different types of corn flakes and muesli and I usually add milk to it too.

 

What is your milk preference: whole, semi-skimmed, skimmed, lactose-free, or plant-based?

 

I love whole milk, only then it taste normal for me. I do not like skimmed or semi-skimmed as it feels like water. When I prepare my tea and using skimmed milk it has such light colour and it taste no milk. That is why if to drink milk then whole milk.

 

What is your favorite way to enjoy milk: alone, with coffee, in smoothies, or with cereal? Do you prefer it cold or hot?

 

So lets see my favourite way of having milk:

• I love hot milk only in my hot chocolate

• when I prepare my tea, then it is black concentrated tea, should be at least 80C and whole milk, it is okay if it is cold from fridge

• coffee, I also use just cold milk from fridge

• I like my muesli with cold milk, I usually leave it after milk added for 10 minutes so that muesli is nicely mixed up

 

Do you have a favorite milk brand?

 

I do not have any favourite brand, I find that any whole milk is okay, I only do preference to the milk that can last longer. One of example is company called “Arla”, because this one can last 30 days.

 

What is the price on Steem of a liter of milk or a kilo of powdered milk in your area?

 

The price for one litre of milk is £1,55 and that is when converted to Steem it will be 7,27 Steem for today’s conversion rate.

When I think about the food made using milk I remember my grandmother, she always prepared some porridge for breakfast or sometimes for supper. She made different types of them. One I remember very well, she made it from rice that was cooked first in 50/50 water w. milk then it was cooked and when it was ready it was some butter mixed to it and it was the most delicious food.
