Contest: - My taste for: Salads

Hello my dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to write for this contest that is running by @dasudi, here is the link if you are also interested:
How often I have salad in my diet? It is always different and depends of many things like how busy I am and if I have enough time for preparing salad or if I have all necessary ingredients for salads. I try to have salads at least twice a week but sometimes it is only weekend.
Again it depends on type of salad that I prepare, my favourite one is tomatoes, cucumber, sweet pepper, some onion, olives and a bit of olive oil with vinegar. That salad is made only from fresh vegetables and it is easy and delicious, often it replaces me evening meal.
I also love herring salad that usually has red beat roots, potatoes, eggs, this salad need the ingredients cooked and mixed with some mayonnaise. Often I do it just on weekends and sometimes when I have guests.
I like different dressings, like I mentioned above for fresh salads definitely olive oil and vinegar and for some cooked salads I like mayonnaise.
I do not like meat in my salad, maybe there are some salads that I will like but until now I did not try them.
Often I eat salads as main dish, I just try to reduce my calories once or twice a week, but otherwise I like salads as side dish when I am having some fried potatoes or grilled meat.
That is very simple salad:
- tomatoes 5 small
- cucumber 1/5 of a large one
- red sweet pepper- 1
- green olives 100g
- feta cheese 100g cut in cubes
- olive spoon 1 table spoon
- vinegar 1 table spoon
Everything should be cut in pieces, no matter how you can them, use bowl, aff olive oil and vinegar but then leave over night in fridge and enjoy it next day.

Yes, salads are very quick to prepare and often we can have a day without proper meal just to let our body to rest but still have enough vitamins :)
