SLC25-W1 // "Caesar Salad"
Greetings Dear Steemians!!
Starting with the name of Almighty's Allah,Who is most Merciful and Beneficial. Thankful to be active , sincere and consistent part of very professional and dedicated platform.
Here's with going to drop my participation in the first week of challenge season 25 organized by two healthier and food expert members @dasudi & @lirvic with mutual cooperation and dedication.
Well, Addition of Salads in our daily life meals are very important for intake of healthier nutrition that's keeps our body fit and energetic.Let's move on to review of my favorite salad , I used to eat in daily life by adding fresh and seasonal veggies & fruits. Hopefully you will like it.

Ingredients are Carrot , "Cucumber, Cabbage" (lettuce), Tomatoe, Raw mango, onion , Red berry , and Tomato.
Utensils are knife, peeler and Chopper and bowl

I firstly washed the fresh and seasonal fruits and veggies with the fresh flowing water and filter the water properly from the ingredients. Then I used knife to peal and cut in to small pieces fruits and veggies. I also used utensil for pealing the peals of cucumber and carrot. Then I used my favorite kitchen tiny gadget electric chopper to chop into very small pieces of cabbage , carrot and onion. That's called in Pakistankachomar cut especially used for Salad making process.

Fer developing sour or tangy taste we will add National Chat Masala in the salad and mixed ot well. That is ready to eat like that or can serve as a perfect salad with your meals like as especially Chinese or Puffed Rice. I mostly use this healthy salad in my diet plan.

I don't like the taste of toasted or fried bread (croutons) that's why I didn't add into it. Instead of ( Parmesan cheese) , I add Young's Mayonnaise especially used in making salad and adding half tea spoon of black pepper In Pakistan, we call this one Raisin Salad used to make on special events. That's so healthy and people like to enjoy in the lunch.
Health benefits of Caesar Salad and Price of Mayonnaise In Steem
Caesar salad included variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and veggies that's ful of nutritional values like minerals, fiber and vitamins enough for body to be fit and healthy. The green leaves of cabbage and the cucumber can be good source of protein, iron and fats when we will add Young's Mayonnaise which is also included the fried pieces of chicken. That's complete package of good and healthy digestive system as well. Further more the price of National Chat Masala is 105/- Rs and the Steem Price 3.9 while the Young's Mayonnaise 488/-Rs and Steem Price accordingly to the recent rate is 13.6 Steem.

We can also use of nuts in the Cheesy or Mayonnaise salad that's develop the crunchy taste and it's healthy benefits also incredibly increased. While in the simple salad we can add the fresh juice of orange or lemon. That's make our salad more tasty and juicy. Thank you!!

This your recipe is excellent 👌 your salad will really taste crispy/crunchy because of more veggies used, your tips is helpful too, in my next preparations I will add nuts I know it will be nice.
